I am now a fan of Zappos.
I ordered shoes for the first time ever on Zappos and wow, they have great customer service. I guess the shoes cost a bit more there, but it’s worth it

Zappos is cool, I’ve bought a few pairs from there. And yeah they do have pretty sweet customer service, I once messed up an order and they resent the proper shoes before the originals had even arrived, and they paid for the return shipping for the originals.
